It straps to your wrist, kayak paddles, handlebars, roll bars, etc. It is a 3 MP camera with 16MB internal memory (expandable to 2GB SD Card) it also has the capacity to shoot 54 minutes of TV resolution 640x480 resolution video (sound incorporated). It is easy to use and so lightweight that it is hardly noticable on your wrist. Allowing you to get some awesome action shots that was never possible before.
