single phase, capacitor-start, induction-run type 3/4 hp Hobart designed motor has permanently lubricated ball bearings, and is totally enclosed and internally ventilated. Start-Stop push buttons are protected by rubber caps. Grease lubricated, three speed gear-driven transmission uses constant mesh heat-treated alloy steel gears with anti-friction ball bearings, and reaches agitator speeds of 94 RPM on Low, 174 RPM on Intermediate, and 317 RPM on High.. Heavy-duty stainless steel bowl guard has a wire front and solid stainless steel rear portion.
